01 / GROW OURSELVES
We will work to rapidly evolve our own programs based on a framework of challenge analysis, critical feedback, and implementation. We will help each other to get bigger, faster, smarter, and more efficient years before we otherwise would have by implementing critical feedback fro this collective to prepare our students for tech careers.
02/ CODIFY THE WORK
We will simplify the process of constructing CS-focused schools and programs across the country by developing a codified playbook based on our collective challenges and subsequent solutions focused on student results in tech readiness.

OUR PROJECTS
1 / ELEMENTARY TRAJECTORY
Very few curricular providers or schools have built a comprehensive Elementary School CS trajectory with clear measures for success. Braintrust schools are collaborating to construct a K-4 CS pathway that will encompass curricular selection, teacher training, and scheduling/staffing models. We are implementing the program across multiple networks for the 2018-2019 school year.
2 / HIGH SCHOOL PATHWAY
Braintrust schools are working together to codify the knowledge, skills, and experiences students need in high school to succeed in a tech-literate world post-graduation. Through the implementation across multiple schools, we will construct a model and aligned programs that can be implemented across a diverse range of schools to train successful tech-literate graduates.
